How to play
- The basket shows exactly how many good and rotten items are left — only the order is hidden.
- Each turn, choose how big a handful to grab (bigger with the up/right keys, smaller with down/left).
- Grab a clean handful and you score more the bigger it was, and clean streaks build a combo.
- Grab even one rotten item and the whole handful scores nothing and your combo resets.
Strategy & tips
- Everything is visible, so the odds are exact, not a guess. Weigh the rotten-to-good ratio before each grab.
- Bigger handfuls score more but are more likely to catch a rotten one. Size the grab to the current odds.
- A clean streak multiplies your score, so protect a good combo with a smaller safe grab when rotten items are dense.
- Late in the basket the ratio swings hard — sometimes one careful small grab beats a greedy big one.
- There is no losing, only the score you leave with, so every grab is a pure risk-reward call.

Can I see what I am grabbing?
You see the whole basket contents — how many good and rotten remain — but not the order, so each grab is a calculated risk, not blind luck.
What does one rotten item do?
It spoils the entire handful: that grab scores nothing and your clean-streak combo resets to zero.
Can I lose?
No. There is no fail state — the basket empties and you keep your score. It is all about how much you dare to grab.
Does my best score save?
Yes. Your best is stored in your browser, and you can submit it to the weekly leaderboard.
