How to play

- A tile is free to take only when nothing sits on top of it and one of its long sides is open.
- Tap a free tile, then its match — identical tiles pair, and any flower matches any flower, any season any season.
- Every deal can be solved, so use hint or shuffle if you get stuck.
Strategy & tips
- Take tiles that unblock the most other tiles, not just the first pair you spot.
- Free the tiles trapped under the upper layers early — they are the hardest to reach.
- When several copies of a tile are exposed, think about which pair opens up more of the board.
- Keep a matching pair in reserve rather than clearing every match the moment you see it.
- If no moves remain, a shuffle reshuffles the rest — but you only get a few, so plan ahead.

How do you play Mahjong Solitaire?

Which tiles match?
Two tiles match if they are identical. The exception is the bonus tiles: any flower matches any other flower, and any season matches any other season.
