About Maze
Maze is the oldest puzzle idea there is — get from here to there when something keeps getting in the way — and it survives because a fresh labyrinth is impossible to memorise your way through. You start in the top-left corner and thread the corridors toward the glowing exit at the bottom-right, arrow keys or WASD on a keyboard, a swipe or on-screen D-pad on a phone. Every board is procedurally generated as a "perfect" maze, meaning exactly one path connects any two cells, so it is always solvable and there are never any loops to bail you out — a dead end is genuinely a dead end. The old wall-follower trick works if you are patient: keep one hand on the same wall and you will eventually spill out the exit. The real fun is picking a bigger grid, ignoring that safe method, and racing your own best time as you commit to junctions on instinct. It plays free in the browser, and your fastest run at each size is quietly saved for you to beat.
